Founded in 2019 by fused glass artist Rachel Boleyn, Boleyn Art is a celebration of colour, creativity, and craftsmanship. Working from her home studio in York, Rachel designs and handcrafts each piece of jewellery with intention and individuality.
There’s no mass production here - just distinctive, wearable art, created one piece at a time.
Entirely self-taught, Rachel first discovered glass fusing using a simple microwave kiln. This modest tool opened up a world of creative possibilities, and to this day she still finds joy in the unexpected and beautiful results it can produce.
A particular passion of hers is casting glass in handmade moulds. Using powdered and crushed glass (known as frit) she plays with colours, textures, and layering to craft pieces that are full of depth and personality.
Each creation is completely unique. While some designs may be made in small batches, no two will ever be identical - every item has its own story and spark.

Each piece of jewellery is individually handcrafted, making it a perfect fit for stores that celebrate handmade, small-batch, or artisan-made items. Whether you're interested in a small range or a seasonal collection, I’m happy to tailor an offering to suit your shop and your customers.
